Eligibility; Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to use the Services and place an order. We do not sell to anyone under 21.

We verify age before fulfilling orders using AgeChecker.Net (https://agechecker.net/). Age verification is handled directly by AgeChecker.Net during checkout. Cellevia Labs does not collect ID-related content. If we cannot verify that you are at least 21, we may cancel your order.

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 21 years old.
  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.
  • You are not barred from using the Services under applicable law.

Research Use Only; No Medical Advice

Unless expressly stated otherwise, products sold by Cellevia Labs are intended for research use only and are not for human or veterinary consumption. Products are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Nothing on our website or in our communications constitutes medical advice. You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the purchase, possession, and use of our products in your jurisdiction.

Orders and Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where:

  • Age verification cannot be completed
  • Information provided is inaccurate or incomplete
  • Fraud or abuse is suspected
  • The order violates applicable law or these Terms

You are responsible for ensuring that your shipping address and contact information are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect information you provide.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed on the website and may change without notice. You agree to pay all charges associated with your order, including any applicable taxes, shipping fees, and duties. Payment must be completed before an order is processed.

Payment information is processed by our third-party payment providers. We do not store full card details.

Shipping and Delivery

Our Shipping Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

  • Fulfillment: Orders are typically processed within 24 hours during business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Delivery: Most orders are delivered within 1 to 5 business days after fulfillment. Because orders are handled by third-party logistics partners, delivery may take longer due to carrier delays, weather, or high volume.
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order is handed to the carrier.
  • Restrictions: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Additional international shipping terms may apply where offered.

Cancellations, Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key terms include:

  • Cancellations: You may cancel an order before it ships by contacting us immediately. Approved cancellations are refunded as balance. Once an order has shipped, it can only be refunded or replaced if we miss one of our shipping promises.
  • Change of mind: We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, ordering errors on your side, or vials that arrived exactly as described. Opened vials cannot be returned under any circumstances, except for a confirmed purity failure as described below.
  • Damaged or incorrect shipments: If a vial arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, you qualify for a free replacement if you report it within 48 hours of delivery. Once confirmed, a replacement ships at no cost within 2 business days. If the item is out of stock, we issue a full refund.
  • Purity issues: We refund or replace any vial that fails to match its stated purity in third-party testing you have carried out separately, when the report reaches us within 14 days of delivery. The results must come from independent testing you arranged on your own, using an ISO-certified and accredited lab. Purity claims without such a report are not eligible.
  • Not covered: Claims made more than 30 days after delivery, damage or shortages reported after 48 hours, and purity claims without an independent lab report are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Age Verification and Privacy

Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Age verification is performed by AgeChecker.Net. Cellevia Labs does not collect ID-related content. AgeChecker.Net handles verification information according to its own privacy policy and terms. We encourage you to review them at https://agechecker.net/.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
  • Provide false information, including false age or identity information
  • Attempt to circumvent age verification or other safeguards
  • Interfere with the operation or security of the website
  • Resell, redistribute, or misrepresent our products in violation of applicable law
  • Infringe our intellectual property or the rights of others

Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including text, graphics, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Cellevia Labs or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that product descriptions or other content are accurate, complete, or current.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CELLEVIA LABS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
